Nisha’s philosophy of learning, unlearning, and relearning has forced some of the top technologists in the industry to truly examine the real business value they are creating with data. She is extremely passionate in democratizing mentoring and dedicates her time to several nonprofit companies in a mission to drive female representation in the tech industry.

Bielert
Dr. Wilhelm ‘Wil’ Bielert is a distinguished figure in the world of digital transformation, with more than two decades of significant contributions. Currently serving as the senior vice-president and chief information officer of the Canadian multinational company Premier Tech since 2022 Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec, Canada. Since 2017, Wil has been instrumental in guiding Premier Tech’s digital direction. His prior roles include Vice-president operations and chief digital officer at Premier Tech from 2017 to 2021, where he amplified the company’s digital growth. He played a key role in founding Premier Tech Digital. He was a pivotal figure at Capgemini from 2013 to 2017, leading digital transformation initiatives for various industries including telecommunication, media, and manufacturing. In academia, Wil has been a lecturer in digital transformation at the University of Hamburg since 2014. Named a top 25 global Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) thought leader by CBT in 2021, Wil seamlessly merges academic wisdom with innovative business strategies. He is dedicated to advancing corporate digital transformation, ensuring businesses are prepared for the present and future.
